We get a lot of questions about the vacation planning process and have tried to compile the most asked questions below. If you do not see an answer to your question please contact us!
NO! There is no added cost to using our services. We get paid directly from Disney or any other supplier and pass all of the benefits and expertise to you. In most cases we can get you a better price by keeping an eye on deals that come out and apply them to your reservation without you needing to keep an eye out.
Unfortunately we are unable to help book DVC rooms on your behalf. Disney Vacation Club members have sole ownership of their vacation points and we have no direct line into reserving rooms using their points.
If you choose to rent a resort room by a DVC owner, we can still assist with booking theme park tickets, dining, and other experiences!
Typically you can transfer your booking to us as long as you have not paid in full AND you have booked less than 30 days ago.
This also applies if you want to change travel agents. Contact us as soon as you can so we can start the transfer process!
Yes! The amount of on-board credit or gift given depends on the length of your cruise or visit.
First, thank you for your service!
There are a lot of variables with military discounts with Disney. If you want to stay of Shades of Green that is not something that is bookable via a Travel Agent and has to be done through your Base. The same applies for tickets, while I can book tickets for you and apply a military discount if available, the rates tend to be cheaper for you if you go through your Base.
However, I’d love to check the rates for you and see what is best in your situation!
We try to get as much information during the quote request as possible. Sometimes there is low inventory for the date(s) and room types requested. Having all of the guest information at our fingerprints can allow for a complementary hold where possible (depends on the supplier).
This can make sure you have time to decide and the booking does not slip through your fingers while you decide!
Disney and most suppliers will take any credit card or gift card for payments. We will have you sign a credit card authorization form which is then used to pay the supplier (Disney, etc) directly.
Your credit card statement will show payments from the supplier themselves and not Chase the Magic.
My personal opinion is yes. You never know what will happen and having peace of mind in case of an emergency can be very reassuring. However, it is ultimately up to you and your risk profile.
In most cases, YES! We are constantly keeping an eye out for promotions and if one applies to your booking we will normally apply it very quickly, where possible, without you contacting us.
